where im from, its $30 for 2 sessions.
i had it done once and wasn't overly impressed.
i wasn't streaky, but i could not stand the smell.
i would suggestt Jergens Natural Glow. it seems a little pricey, but it lasts, if you use it correctly, you wont have streaks.
