Is it true that chlorine will cause a spray tan to streak? I've read in several places that it will fade but I've also read that it will streak. Any truth to that?Chlorine and spray tanning?
I've never noticed it to streak. Just don't do it in the 1st 24hrs. It does fade it but that is b/c chlorine is drying. Oh, maybe people say it streaks b/c they dried off to rough? dab your self dry, don't rub!!! and moisturize as soon as you get out of the water. If you've never spay tanned before, listen to them when they say exfoliate before you get it done. The sprays are very drying, and make your skin flake a few days after. esp. your face. it sucks b/c it's orangey flakes and makes the rest of the tan uneven. exfoliate!!! and after you get it done, keep your skin moist!!!
